i started the day with...
6 fried pork ribs. with bread. of course.
then i had chinese
then i had two bulky sandwiches
and in between i had orange juice.
exercise: walked 2 hrs.
oh and erm, 1/2 hr in the gym. you put me to shame, mandy. in my defence, the gym was closing. 's just that i waited too long to go.
